No. For your convenience, you do not need to be home. All we ask is that you close your windows and doors on your service date and provide access to a working water spigot.

Does Sun Valley Shine use my water?

Yes, we do require access to a working water spigot on the outside of the property.

How often should I have my house washed?

We recommend having your house washed at least every six months. This provides consistent protection from harmful algae, mold, and other contaminants.

What happens if it rains on my day of service?

If the weather is too extreme, our technicians will reach out regarding rescheduling the service.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, we do! At Sun Valley Shine, we guarantee to deliver the best results possible for your property using our safe and effective processes, or your money back!

How can I pay for my services?

We take all forms of online payment (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc.), cash, and check.

Will I be charged when I schedule my service?

You will not be charged until after service is completed.
